When to Drill. When to Hold Off.
When to drill, when to hold off
Removing fear from decision making is the first place to start. Yet how do you get there?
If you're making a decision with fear as your basis will the cloud your judgment. Data collecting is your first steps to solid decision making. If your feeling fear and anxiety about the correctness of a decision then your not ready for the decision.
The same applies true for drilling a water well.
There's a difference between fear and cautiousness. Cautiousness is okay and relatively normal, until you develop a level trust with the company your working with. Asking all kinds of questions and being open to making decisions based on available information is ideal. Recognizing, understanding and knowing about 'what good well design is' can, and will, help you with determining what you need or want.
The probability of a successful water well is complicated with many facets and factors at play. Formations may be present making it difficult to produce for some yet easy for others. Some formations are missed due to mechanical and human error. Material choice may affect your overall water well drilling experience because the materials chosen may not be a match the for material specifics. Drill methods (use of fluid recyclers), and modern logging equipment are excellent safeguards to start with to provide a solid return for your water well investment.
